Review and Approval of Meeting Minutes
Concerns were raised from the Education Commission on wording regarding the school and the parish finances in the unapproved November minutes. This resulted in a discussion on both the content of discussion at last months meeting and the policy of publishing unapproved minutes. A motion was made to revise the meeting minutes. Approved. Another motion was made to change policy to printing only approved minutes. It was noted that this change will result in the Parish Council minutes not being published until after the following months meeting. Motion approved. Approved November minutes will be corrected and published.
