CHILDREN’S LITURGY OF THE WORD

Beginning May 11, Immaculate Conception parish will be offering the Children’s Liturgy of the Word as part of both the 11:00am and 6:00pm Sunday Masses.  The Children’s Liturgy of the Word will be celebrated the second and fourth Sundays of each month throughout the year.  Children who are 5-10 years old will be invited to participate in this activity.  This ministry will proclaim the scripture to the children using the Children’s Lectionary.  The readings are similar to those read in Mass, but they are expressed in simpler form to allow the children a better understanding.  The children will have an opportunity to reflect on these readings and how they pertain to their lives.  Please pray for this ministry and the children who will be attending.

ITE MISSA EST UPCOMING EVENTS
